Through an Employee Assistance Program, workplaces can offer access to professional counselling and support services to any employees who need them. The ease of access to an EAP may encourage people to seek out support early, helping them to overcome concerns or issues before they worsen, minimising impact on the person’s health, work performance and productivity.

Confidentiality of counselling services provided through the EAP is absolutely paramount and a founding element of the CHG approach to Employee Assistance Programs. While CHG can provide you with reports on activities and trends related to the delivery of the EAP, these will be de-identified and statistical in nature and generally delivered on an annual or six-monthly basis, once the EAP is established and operational.
