CHG offers a range of training courses to provide employers, managers, supervisors and others involved in the return-to-work process with effective injury management skills and tools.
Training to support and enhance your workplace drug and alcohol policy. Properly implemented and managed workplace drug and alcohol policies and procedures are critical to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your workforce. Providing training to your team to support your drug and alcohol policies and procedures will raise awareness of the impacts of drug use and alcohol consumption.
Keep your onsite health personnel ready to respond to any first aid needs. For workplaces which employ onsite nursing or other health personnel, it is critical to ensure such speciality workers have access to training specific to their roles and needs. Ensuring onsite health personnel participate in upskilling and refresher courses enables them to better respond to the onsite health and first aid needs of your entire workforce.
CHG is an experienced, nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO #110048), with our Cert IV Trainers providing a range of accredited and non-accredited workplace training programs to participants across a range of industries. Nationally recognised training courses meet RTO Standards. Trainers are cognisant of cultural sensitivities, building rapport, understanding the needs and challenges of participants.
CHG has three specialised clinics in metropolitan Adelaide, as well as a centrally located consulting and training facility in Mile End.
