Kay holds responsibility for setting the organisational strategic direction and management of all financial, operational and personnel related aspects of CHG. Kay has over 20 years senior management experience in medical and allied health operations and currently oversees a team of over 200 employees across five South Australian locations and 16 Defence Force Recruiting Centres around Australia.

Kay has a passion for innovation, development of management systems and constructive people and culture strategies. Kay’s focus on continuous improvement sees her heavily involved in operational matters, especially those relating to compliance and client experience.

Kay provides strong, stable leadership and direction to the CHG team, CHG clients and the broader network of occupational medicine affiliates.
