Sarah is responsible for the provision of strategic and operational human resource management for both CHG and CHG Defence. The HR function is accountable for building a high performance and harmonious culture via targeted talent sourcing, developing processes and policies that address the needs of our people and align to our business objectives, managing underperformance, mitigating risk and ensure compliance within legislative frameworks.
