I am pleased to confirm your registration (pending payment) to the ‘Mental Health in the Workplace’ breakfast on Tuesday 31 October 2017.

Please find below some important information regarding this upcoming event:

  • A payment invoice will be generated and emailed through to the registered email address within 48 hours of registration. Please refer to specific payment instructions on the invoice that you receive. Please note GST is included in the quoted price.
  • The event will be held in the Ian McLachlan Room, Adelaide Oval. Please follow the signs when arriving at Adelaide Oval.
  • Parking is available in the Wilsons East Car Park (accessed from King William Road) or the Wilson North Car Park (accessed from Pennington Terrace). Cost: $14 flat fee (please validate your ticket before leaving the event room to receive this special event rate)
  • Registration & Breakfast will be served from 7:15am, please be seated by 7:30am. The breakfast will conclude at 9:00am.
  • Please ensure you notify the CHG Events Team of any dietary requirements by Friday 20 October 2017 via events@chg.net.au.
  • In the event that you are unable to attend the event, please be reminded of the terms and conditions of your registration as below in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations made before and including Friday 20 October 2017 will not incur a fee, and the full registration cost will be refunded via cheque . Any cancellations after this date will be forfeited. If you would like to move your registration to another person, please contact the CHG Events Team and we would be very happy to assist. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
