Protect your workers with effective sun protective control measures, including education and early detection skin check screenings.
Regular skin cancer screenings can help protect your workers
Spending long periods of time working in the sun increases the risk of skin cancer in employees who perform duties outdoors. But it is not only outdoor workers who are at risk. In addition to the introduction and maintenance of effective sun protective control measures, employers can help protect their workers with regular skin cancer screenings, a critical component of early detection.
Conducted by a medical practitioner, onsite at your workplace
CHG provide skin cancer screenings by a registered medical practitioner onsite at your premises. This convenient onsite service reduces costs, minimises lost productivity of your team and allows a referral to be given on the spot to individuals where a melanoma or other suspicious lesions is discovered. CHG personnel will follow up high risk referrals with phone contact to the individual, helping to ensure they have consulted their GP/specialist.
Individuals can be supplied with copies of their records from the screening at any time and a de-identified company report is provided to the employer.
