Paul joined CHG in January 2010 and has more than 15 years experience in managing complex political and stakeholder environments. Operating across the workers compensation, industrial relations and health sectors, Paul led the development of social public policy and worked with the State Government to deliver generational change to the workers compensation system in South Australia. Paul has worked in the resources and energy sector, advising clients on stakeholder engagement strategies for large scale industrial developments in Australia and overseas.
Appointed as National Medical Manager, Defence Force Recruiting in May 2014, Paul leads the CHG Defence team of medical practitioners, nurses and administrative staff to conduct specialised medical assessments of candidates seeking to join the Australian Defence Force. CHG Defence operate from 16 Defence Force Recruiting centres in every State and Territory in Australia.
