How does it Work?
Step 1
Comprehensive Medical Evaluation (2.5)
This initial stage involves an in-depth medical assessment conducted by in-house CHG Doctor and Exercise Scientist
Medical Assessment (45 minutes with Doctor)
Detailed review of medical history, personal medical questionnaire and identification of current and future health concerns and areas of risk.
Comprehensive full body physical examination, including cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, ear nose and throat, vision and colour vision, lymph nodes, musculoskeletal and full dermoscopic skin check.
Assessment of personal, professional and work-related stressors impacting upon work-life balance and mental health.
Use of evidence-based assessment tools to determine level of cancer, disbetes, heart attack and stroke and mental health risk.
Extensive laboratory testing (referral given, and taken to in-house clinic at time of assessment), Including
Lipid profile (HDL/Choesterol)
Comprehensive metabolic panel (MBA20)
Complete blood count (CBC)
Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) for males.
C-reactive (CRP)
Vitamin D Levels
Iron studies (including Ferritin)
Thyroid function (TSH)
Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c)
Optional tests: HIV, Hepatitis B & C, Chlamydia PCR (Discussed with client prior to testing)
Lifestyle and Preventive Health Consultation (with Exercise Scientist)
Body composition analysis using InBody scanning technology.
Evaluation of muscular strength and flexibility
Spriomety assessment
Stress management review
Nutritional guidance
Preventive health recommendations and personal goal setting
Discussion of optional health initiatives (e.g, gym membership, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietitian referral)
Advanced Fitness and Cardiac stress testing (with Doctor and Exercise Scientist)
Resting and exercise stress test electrocardiogram (ECG)
VO2max aerobic fitness assessment using treadmill and gas analysis
Concluding session
Wrap-up consultation with Doctor

Full review of radiology and pathology results with Doctor.
