CHG has been working with employers since 1976 to help keep their employees healthy, productive and safe.
Now CHG is offering a personal service to individuals who are keen to take their health into their own hands.
The CHG Premium Personal Health Assessment is a comprehensive, sophisticated health assessment that identifies potential health risks as well as existing conditions. This can bring peace of mind and clarity towards any lifestyle changes or treatment needed to ensure ongoing good health.
How does it Work?
Step 1
Comprehensive Medical Evaluation (2.5 hours)
This initial stage involves an in-depth medical assessment conducted by an in-house CHG doctor and exercise scientist.
Medical Assessment (45 minutes with a Doctor)
Detailed review of medical history, personal medical questionnaire and identification of current and future health concerns and areas of risk.
Comprehensive full body physical examination, including cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, ear nose and throat, vision and colour vision, lymph nodes, musculoskeletal, and full dermoscopic skin check.
Assessment of personal, professional and work-related stressors impacting upon work-life balance and mental health.
Use of evidence-based assessment tools to determine level of cancer, diabetes, heart attack and stroke and mental health risk.
Extensive laboratory testing (referral given and taken to in-house clinic at time of assessment). This includes:
Lipid profile (HDL/Cholesterol)
Comprehensive metabolic panel (MBA20)
Complete blood count (CBE)
